Dr Loosen Erdener Treppchen Riesling Grosses Gewächs 2022 dao Palate: smoky and peppered aromasThis wine is harvested from our oldest parcels of Erdener Treppchen, where steady winds keep the clusters dry and prevent the onset of harmful molds. This allows for an exceptionally long hang time, giving the grapes extraordinary aromatic development. It is grown on red slate soils. The wine is fermented spontaneously in a 1,000 liter barrel and sits on the full lees for twelve months. The dry wine from a VDP. GROSSE LAGE vineyard is the VDP. GROSSES
