Battle of Bosworth Sauvignon Blanc sudtirol-alto-adige A reserved but ripe noseThis is a fresh delicate Sauvignon Blanc, aiming to be more food friendly than some of our NZ cousins. Cut grass, citrus and hints of tropical fruit on the nose. There are limey citrus notes on the palate, with some fresh herbs and a zingy crisp finish. Clever winemaking, there is no time in oak, but the wine does sit on its lees for a while to develop some complexity and weight.
