Fetherston ‘Fungi’ Pinot Noir 2023 underground-winemakers growing in low-vigourThis ros is made from 100% Nebbiolo, from the acclaimed Malakoff vineyard in the Pyrenees in Western Victoria. Bone dry and full of character, this is great drinking. It's pretty and floral on the nose, and pulls a bit of a trick with the colour despite being pale, it's rammed with texture and flavour! Cherry, rhubarb, salt and vanilla all jostle with some tangy acidity and whisper fine tannins. Spot on. Some wineries are headed by those who seem to
