Made without yeast or acid addition, the fruit batches from each block are kept entirely separate in barrel over the 10 months in oak. It is crossflow filtered without fining before bottling at the Estate. Aromas of citrus fruits, cashews and white flowers reflect the season, the palate balanced between finesse, length and creamy texture.
