The palate is again quite fruity with a burst of refreshing acidity

which runs down from the ski-fields of Valdezcaray above CÌÁrdenas to the south in Sierra de la Demanda

maturing for nine months before release

It’s then aged in bottle for at least another three months prior to release

The final blend is then assembled in tank and matured for a further 6 months before bottling

Kaesler The Fave’ Grenache 2022 adriannanov The palate is again quiteBright ruby red, with aromas of ripe strawberry, cherry and raspberries in the glass. Light to medium bodied, the palate is full of raspberry, black cherry and strawberry flavours with hints of sweet spice and orange rind from the whole bunches, which gives the wine plenty of length.
