Chateau Bellevue, St. Emilion Grand Cru Classé 2016 j2 but probably one for earlierA very deep color and a nose revealing aromas of black fruit, cloves and biscuit. The palate expresses the clay limestone terroir (cold, blue clay) with a powerful structure, tension and freshness that give the wine verticality. Hints of gunflint come through together with notes of pencil shavings. This wine shows clear potential for a future great bottle.
