The weeping habit of 'Niagra Falls' is extremely cascading. We recommend staking 'Niagra Falls' to make a taller specimen, however if you don't stake 'Niagra Falls' it becomes quite prostrate, crawling across the ground. I would expect this would make quite a unique ground cover.
