St. Innocent Willamette Valley Pinot Blanc Freedom Hill Vineyard 2023 TBO Claridad’s flagship Espadín mezcal comesMark Vlossak named his winery for his father, John Innocent Vlossak, a wine importer who started pouring him tastes at the age of seven. He has been making Pinot Blanc from Freedom Hill since 1997, a small block on the marine sedimentary slopes of the Mt. Pisgah AVA, where an ancient uplifted seabed does most of the heavy lifting. Fermented in a mix of barrel and stainless steel and aged eight months on its lees, this is a white built on texture and
