The 2021 is a blend of Friulano (17%), Moscato Giallo (22%), Riesling (10%), Ribolla Gialla (5%) and Malvasia Istriana (46%), all from Quealys Balnarring home block. Harvested over a two week period from 30th March, the grapes were co fermented and left on skins in amphora until the last day of winter.
