Lonia Cava Brut (Parellada, Xarel.lo, Macabeo, Chardonnay) NV vav Harvested from block 24 onStraw yellow with green shades. Excellent transparency and fluidity. Presence of fine bubble chains and a persistent crown on top of the wine. Fruity aromas with slight suggestions of yeast due to its one year second fermentation. Soft, fine and elegant with a very pleasant dry and prolonged aftertaste.
