Aromas of lightly spiced plums and cherries lead to hints of chocolate

thanks to a high proportion of Chardonnay and a well-balanced dosage

It remained on lees until October when it was disgorged with a light dosage of four to five g/L sugar

one from the Rhône with Syrah and Grenache

Aging was in stainless-steel cuve and the wine was bottled with minimal SO2
