Medium yellow with green highlights. Aromas of freshly cut quince and fig lead to a lovely, finely textured palate, showing good volume of flavour with a succulent mandarin and passionfruit edge adding vibrancy. Finishes with excellent length and refreshing acidity. Delightfully elegant and eminently drinkable.
