Dry and fuller in body, this Pinot Blanc is ideal for warm weather foods, especially salads, asparagus (in season now!), cold meats and poultry. Though its an easy drinking wine, it has a long, lasting finish. Fresh and ready to drink now, this wine can also be cellared for two to four years.
