930 Ljus lavalera kniv Recommended firing range: up toClay 930 is a light lava clay with brown lava dots. It contains 25% fine chamotte (00. 2 mm) which gives the clay extra stability and reduces the risk of cracking during drying and firing. The clay gets a fantastically fine spotted surface that goes through many glazes. The clay has good plasticity and is well suited for both turning and building techniques such as ringing and rolling. The lava dots appear when the stoneware is fired. Equivalent to
