Älgskav Stek Our chews are from SwedishThinly sliced, sauted moose is a perfect dish that can be cooked quickly over an open fire or in a large pan. Our sauted moose is much finer than the"sauted moose" you unfortunately often find in the grocery store. The sauted moose is made in the "real" way, i. e. we have taken a steak that is still slightly frozen and then sliced it into thin slices. This results in large and fine, thinly sliced pieces. The meat is shipped vacuum packed and frozen.
