(Acoholes Finos Dominicanos), this distillery opened in 2009, founded by a Spanish group, it is the most modern distillery of the Caribbean, boasting of energy autonomy. Nose Subtle aromas of beeswax and milk chocolate, praline, a touch of beech sawdust and slightly floral side with elderflower. Palate Floral at first but then rather woody with toasted bread aromas. Finish Long, bittersweet and a little iodized.
